Founder
Modiri is a director and shareholder of Modmo Consulting (Pty) Ltd. Modmo is an IT consulting holding company.
Modiri is a graduate of the University of Pretoria (UP) with a degree in BCom: Informatics. He began his working career at Investec Private Bank working in the Private Banking division. After Investec Private Bank, he was employed at First National Bank as a Commercial Liability Specialist for the Pretoria region. His role included sourcing new liabilities for the region and growing the regions liability book. His portfolio was managing liabilities ranging from R20 Million up to R100 Million.
He worked for Totalserve Management Consulting as their National Representative. His role included, International Company Formation / International Trust Formation., Facilitate International Tax Planning requirements of all new clients with regards minimizing their company Tax exposure, Facilitating International Loans and Investment via International Banks.
Enterprise and Supplier Development (ESD) Specialist. Ability to put ESD funds to good use through targeted procurement programmes. The use of ESD Investment Fund in order to maximise corporate ESD spending in order to achieve the right scorecard.
